What photos?

Tried to install, but to no avail:(

When I install this from the Launcher it says this in the Installer:
"afhaircandylong.Sims3Pack: Installation failed: Please make sure your game has the latest Software Updates and try again."
My game is up to date with Patch 1.3.24.00002


honeylicious is referring to the Thumbnail that previews the hair in the Launcher.
